Everyone I've met, on my team and on others, has been so awesome. How does Misha do this; not only does he bring together fantastic people, but he puts them in a competition with each other that would normally bring out people's really evil sides...AND EVERYONE JUST GETS NICER AND MORE AWESOME.
I think it's some kind of reverse psychology drug Misha thing.
