apparently, it's decision time

I am getting my hair cut in the next month or two, and I am going to be sending it off to Locks of Love. I just need to decide exactly what kinda haircut I'm getting. I know I want something short, and I really love Emma Watson's hair. I always said I wanted circa-S3 of Primeval Hannah Spearrit hair, but I'm quite torn. I haven't had short hair since I was, like eight, so it's a huge jump, and I have no idea what I'd look like with shorter hair (right now it's down to the small of my back when it's out of the ponytail).

Looking at more pics, I like Emma's hair more when it was shorter, I think. But that makes me think of Jamie Lee Curtis, which, just, no. So I'm back to Hannah, atm. I have some really good pics of her hair that are what I like, so I'm thinking that might be what I pick.

IDK. Anyone else know of some cute pixie-cut styles? I want something that's easy to deal with, relatively. I was hoping I could get it short enough to use an an electric razor (yes, like what they use on guys) with a long set of blades, but that won't work with what I'm looking for. But it shouldn't be that hard to go out and get it trimmed once I get the actual cut done.

Dude, jealous of your ability to pull this off. I've been trying to have short hair since I was 5, but it's never worked for me. Try google for more looks? That's what I always did. (not very helpful, I know)

Well, we'll see how well it works. At least, if I don't like it, I have fast-growing hair, so it wouldn't take too long to grow it back out again. It's funny, though. When I was a kid, my parents forced me to keep short hair, so as soon as I could, I started growing it out and swore I'd never get it short again. And look at me now.
I'm scare google will overwhelm me, tbh XD

You have to go for something you're comfortable with. If you've not had it short in a long time gong with something slightly longer to start with might be better, because if you hate it short it would take a LONG time to grow out. But if you're dead set, then go for it. That was how I went into it when I got mine lopped off to an inch at the back!

Emma's hair when she first had it cut was lovely, now she's had a bit of time to ggrow it it's a bit long at the front and looks a bit odd. Depends if you want a fringe or not really, otherwise I'd just take them a picture of Hannah from s2 or 3 =]

Yessss, finally. You know I've been blustering about it for ages, but I'm finally gonna do it. XD There is gonna be so much hair, though, with mine being as massively thick and long as it is.

I just really think, to me, it's just hair. I mean, I care about my appearance, but, I also...don't? If it doesn't work, it can grow back. I'm at the point where it's basically an experiment.

I'm thinking it's gonna be hard if I want to figure out exactly what length to go with because Emma's let hers grow out and stuff. I'm leaning more and more to Hannah; I mean, I've known for ages that's the kinda style I want, as you know, so...yeah.

wow, kudos to you for doing this! i wish i could grow my hair out and do it too, but my hair never grows longer than shoulder-lenght.

Oh no, that sucks! :/ I can't imagine not having long hair at least once. My sister had that problem, though. Her hair's just a little longer than shoulder-length, and she's been trying to grow it out for three years.
