Should I watch Castle?


because I don't have a list of movies downloaded that I've already got queued up to watch


Also, my glases hate my face. I got new versions of the frames I had before when I got new glasses a few weeks ago, and while I'm used to it, the new hardness of the frames is starting to rub my nose the wrong way. It's annoying. It feels like I have sunburn under the nose pieces, which is really friggin painful.

This is Martha. She is the unsung hero of "Castle." She is awesome. As is Beckett and her hair (though that happens more in S3, though I am a huge fan of her S1 hair as well.) I love this show. I think you will, too. And then I can inundate you with fic recs, MUAHAHAHA.

So yes, watch it. S1 is only 10 episodes, I think, so it wouldn't take up that much of your time. But I really think you'll like it. It's that rare show where the characters actually evolve in ways that make sense, no deus ex machina to be found. It doesn't talk down to its audience and doesn't shy away from the ugly or grey emotions that, in my mind, are the basis of humanity.

Never seen it, so let me know if it's worth it. I haven't found anything worth watching lately, although my son now has me on Clone Wars alert and then Mr. Camy has me on The Walking Dead. Nothing for me to squee about though, and nothing to make me want to read fanfics or make arwork. Sad, I know. I'm picky!

But let me know about Castle, cause I do hear very good things about it.
