mission BUY ALL THE T-SHIRTS
Accomplished. \o/ Now that's the last thing I'm buying 'till I go back to work. Honest to God promise. Cross my heart. I was gonna get that Def Leppard Pyromania shirt, but I think Star Wars > Def Leppard for me, as much as I love my music. And I'm pretty sure the AC/DC and Def Leppard shirts were more expensive than the Ript apparel one.
I still need to buy a new pen for my tablet (since I stupidly dropped the other one in my glass of water) and something else very important that escapes me right now with my next check, so I'm officially tied down. I can't wait for summer so I can get more hours somewhere.
In other news, holy shit, someone find a defibrillator, because have you seen the promo pics for SPN 7x12? Not to spoil anyone...but..JFC, Jensen. *_____________* Nobody should be allowed to look that good. I mean, normal regular human beings can never match up to that. Even the king of fitted three-piece suits and hats (Neil ♥) has got some competition here.
I officially nominate him for the lead in the next film-noir/Dick Tracy detective-style film.

Last, last year I spent a good chunk of what I earned (Read: ALL) working retail for 8 hours on Boxing day, on Threadless t-shirts...because I understand priorities. (When they suit me)

I've heard of them, but I don't think I've actually seen any of their stuff.
LOL PRIORITIES. WHAT PRIORITIES.
(You are either up really early or really late)

It's almost ...7PM. I don't know where you get your time instincts from...(which is totally a thing btw, I didn't just invent a phrase for the situation)

Dude...nice. It's 2am, so I'm totally off kilter and that's what I'm sticking with. Also, I'm too used to GMT, where Jen's 7 hours ahead and one of us is always, always, always up too late.

And I know the feeling.
This day went by super fast, I've been meaning to clean my room...since about Christmas. That was a while ago.
It's weird how long a person as think-y and list-maker-y as me can exist in chaos. And lol, I keep trying to remind myself that 'these are the best years of my life' - which doesn't help with the room cleaning - but yeah, I think that only works as a saying when your old.
Otherwise I'd be smelling grass and flying kites and learning German and other random things...instead of sleeping in and having DVD marathons.

My mind tends to wander.
ON the PLUS side of today though, I found an AMAZING Sherlock/John writer on my first click - http://irisbleufic.livejournal.com/tag/sherlock
She has Sherlock down just fabulously. Dear god the dialogue ♥_♥ ...it's like he's speaking. In my head.

Like this: But the first time John thanked him for doing the dishes, Sherlock shrugged, up to his elbows in suds you couldn't have paid John to touch without gloves, and said, "You use this kitchen, too. It's just good sense. I can't have you walking out on me."
"Keep that in mind next time you have the urge to store someone's pancreas in the freezer, and we'll be sorted," John replied, taking up a tea-towel in order to start with the drying. Perhaps it was merely wishful thinking, but life with Sherlock had grown far more agreeable after they'd survived not only the madman, but his bombs and his snipers to boot. Either that, he reflected, or they'd just grown used to each other.
"You're thinking," sighed Sherlock, handing over a plate. "It's excruciating."
"I'd never have guessed that you occasionally indulge in chores," said John.
Sherlock's brief smirk looked painful. "I understand necessity better than some."
That's what your missing. And it's a cute story about socks too. SOCKS. AND SHERLOCK AND JOHN.
It's clearly a sign that we all should read Sherlock fic again.

I try not to think about the things I need to do when I can't be bother to do them...it just gets me all mopey and less likely to do something.

The books are pretty much from John's POV, so that matches up nicely. And it works well.
