The date is set
On the 1st, I will be getting my first haircut in over two years...and my first hair-cut where I got rid of this length since I was a pre-teen.
This is slightly terrifying. But also exciting. I know, don't ask me to pick one. I've decide that this pic of Hannah is what I'm going to be taking for her to check up. And I need to fill out the Locks For Love form, but I'm pretty much just stuck waiting 'till then.
Finally am listening to Ceremonials, and it is glorious, because, hello, it is F+TM. And I am THIS CLOSE to finishing Psych, after delaying for so long. NGL, it's so I can get onto Castle, which is now waiting longingly for my attention. \o/

My sister(who is going with me) is gonna be like "...sheesh, calm down, Grace. seriously. you just told me it's only hair."
I was telling Mum earlier that I needed to measure it to be sure I had enough, and she just looked at me, like, you know, when parents know you're being ridiculous, and I was all "...yeah, I guess you're right. ten inches is less than a foot, and I've got, like, yards of this stuff, soooo"
There is going to be so much hair, though. Like a MASSACRE OF HAIR.

Every time I would have mine lobbed off you'd be all "I keep meaning to do that..." We've been friends for what, two years now? Most of that time you've been thinking about it, I swear to god!
If you don't like it, it grows back, you can wear hats if it is THAT bad or get a wig?
I had ten inches off last time, so god knows how much you're getting off and how big that pile will be!

ngl, I can't wait to wear hats again. Right now, I look incredibly weird trying to wear a hat, and I miss getting to wear them. My poor collection is very neglected.
Just did impromptu measuring of hair; approximately 18 inches of hair that's, like, two inches thick in a ponytail will be lost. O.O

My hair is so long, though, that I just look...ridiculous. I have enough hair to make a hat out of and still have plenty left. It's truly sad.
